Troy Medical brings specialists to rural Texans through the Rural Health Hub, connecting your rural hospital or clinic with telehealth specialists and allowing you to be seen locally in the comfort of an office setting.

    Call to see if there's a Rural Health Hub site near you; local sites handle scheduling. (866) 333-TROY (8769)

  2. Visit at your local clinic

    Go to your local primary care clinic for the virtual visit with the specialist.

  3. Local Specialty Care

    Visit with your specialist and get tests and prescriptions locally.

  4. Principal Care Management (PCM)

    Sign up for PCM to get a dedicated medical assistant for your healthcare, including their direct text number. Covered by most insurances!
